Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what is and is not allowed when using Brendmo PMS. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. You must

• Use the Service lawfully and only for managing performance within your own organisation.
• Keep sign-in details confidential and make sure users have the right level of access.
• Make sure you are entitled to put the information you enter into the Service, and that you treat employee information fairly and lawfully.

3. You must not

• Try to access data that belongs to another customer, or to bypass security or access controls.
• Probe, scan or test the Service for weaknesses, or overload or disrupt it, without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes someone’s rights.
• Use the Service to harass, unfairly target or discriminate against any person, or as the sole basis for automated decisions about people without human review.
• Resell or share access to the Service outside your organisation, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows.

4. Enforcement

If these rules are broken we may warn the Customer, remove content, or suspend access, with notice where reasonably possible. We may act immediately where there is a risk to security or to other customers.
