How is the price worked out?
Each plan is priced per employee per month. Your invoice follows the number of employees billed each month, so adding people never blocks you.
Is there a minimum?
Paid plans start at 25 licensed employees, on a 12-month subscription.
What does the free trial include?
Thirty days with your own data, for up to 25 users, with the full system. No credit card is needed.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Moving up adds products straight away. If you move to a plan without a product you use, we show you what will close before you confirm, and your data is kept.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in South African rand and exclude VAT.
